□Sango Romantic Train is closed for service during the beginning of the year, end of the year as well as winter heavy snow season.
□Service timetable for River Cruise is for reference only. Departure time may vary depending on varies of reasons (e.g. weather/water level). To protect your rights (especially for services during November), it is advised that you arrive at the venue early in case of any changes.
□If the river cruise services has to be cancelled due to poor weather conditions or high tides. Only ticket cost and shuttle bus fare will be refunded. Any other fees such as booking and postage will not be refundable. We apologise in advance.
