Sunset tour first step, the Floating Mosque. situated in Kuala Ibai Lagoon near the estuary of Kuala Ibai River. By been built on the lakeside, making a floating illusion. The mosque combines modern and Moorish architecture; incorporating the use of marble, ceramics, mosaic works and bomanite paving.
Next spot is Tun Mustapha Tower, officially known as Menara Tun Mustapha or The Yayasan Sabah Tower. this circular tower of steel and glass stands 30 storeys high and is instantly recognizable as a Sabah icon. It has a central core with steel brackets supporting each floor. When completed in 1977, it was one of the three such buildings in the world based on this design concept.
Then, take a break and enjoy the best salut coconut pudding!
